Terms of Service

General Terms

• By commissioning me, you are accepting my Terms of Service.• Artwork is for non-commercial, personal use only. For commercial use, additional fees would be added. Please send an email to discuss further.• Credits must be properly given. I reserve all the right to redistribute and post my work on my social media.• Do not use my artwork for AI or NFT purposes.• I can reject a request if I do not feel comfortable or cannot make it.• References and clear requirements must be provided upfront.• Editing the artwork or claiming it as your own is not allowed.• Breaking the terms and conditions will result in a permanent blacklist from future commissions.

Pricing

• All prices are in USD.• Payment must be made before I start working on the commission.• Payment can only be made through PayPal.• Prices are subject to change.• There is no refund once I start working on the commission.• An invoice will be sent, and payment must be made within 72 hours of it being sent, otherwise, the order will be canceled.• The client can cancel anytime as long as the invoice has not been paid.• No refunds once the payment has been made.

Revisions

• I will show sketches for the client to review to allow for any changes needed. Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made.• After lineart, only base color changes are allowed.• Excessive modifications may incur additional costs and affect progress.
